We did a test run one day, and we were happy with how professional they were. My dad liked them. There has been continuity of care, so the same person comes by. They have built a rapport with him. They listened to my dad the first time they interviewed him while trying to match him with a caregiver. They did a good job. She is patient, has a good sense of humor, and she is conscientious. I will leave notes and things I want done and she will leave notes too.

Our primary caregiver is excellent, she provides extraordinary service. The caregiver increases our mobility and does stuff around the house. She does everything well. She is exceptional. I feel like she is my daughter. She helps with cooking. I like the caregiver's integrity.
